Couple Portraits — Authentic & Natural
I am always sensitive to the personality of each wedding couple I photography. I love photography and I enjoy each wedding with the excitement of the very first. You and your friends and family will see real emotions captured.
Couple Portraits by a Leeds Wedding Photographer—Tim Christian Jones
Couple portraits are about capturing who you are together. Not a version of yourselves for the camera, but the way you naturally move, laugh, pause, and connect when there’s no pressure to perform.
I work calmly and without expectation, giving couples space to feel comfortable rather than directed. Some moments are gently guided, others unfold entirely on their own, in the pauses where people stop thinking about the camera.
The result is a mix of relaxed portraits and quiet, candid moments. Images shaped by personality and presence. All captured by Tim, a Yorkshire wedding photographer—in Leeds.
Keeping to the Plan — Rain at Barley Village Hall and Pendle Hilll
After the church ceremony, rain rolled across Pendle Hill as we arrived at Barley Village Hall. The plan had always been to step out for portraits, but the weather made the couple pause. We slowed things down, talked it through, and decided to stick with it. With a groomsman holding umbrellas and plenty of laughter in between, the photographs became about the experience as much as the view. The rain stayed — and so did the moments that mattered.
Leeds Civic Hall & Millennium Square — city portraits, unplanned moments
Gemma and Danny’s portraits unfolded naturally around Leeds Civic Hall and Millennium Square. There was no set route and no sense of performance — just a short walk, shifting light, and the city moving quietly around them.
These moments were unplanned and unhurried. The space allowed the photographs to breathe, and the connection between them did the rest.
Perfect blue skies and sunshine in Leeds city center for a beautiful Tuesday Wedding day!
