Gemma & Danny's Leeds Civic Hall Wedding in Leeds City Centre

After meeting face to face at Kirkstall Abbey, it was great seeing Gemma & Danny
again on their wedding day.
The meeting at Kirkstall Abbey went really well, and it seemed fate that they chose a
Tuesday in September - as the blue skies and sunshine were endless - not uncomfortably
hot - just perfect. I’ve seen a lot of photographers hide couples from bright sunshine,
for me though the sunshine was welcome and the perfection in imperfect photos is what
makes the true memory of the day. I’m sure you will agree as you scroll through their

The day began with a walk from my home in Kirkstall to the Civic Hall, where I got
the lay of the land and the light on this perfect blue sky day. I first met up with
Danny, appropriately dressed in pale blue. As family and friends arrived for this
intimate wedding, I captured natural and comfortable mini groups in the moment.
Gemma and Danny opted for my Simplicity package, which you can see on my

Next I popped into the Civic Hall and said hi again to Gemma, her parents, and
bridesmaids. I always try to help make the day feel like their own - not taking them
away from guests for long. We spent around 10–15 minutes on Millennium Square for
photos, before they continued their plans at the bar on the corner. I then jumped in
a taxi with them and we made our way to the Lost and Found Leeds Club to join
everyone.
The Lost and Found was a perfect choice, a personal and welcoming venue in the heart
of Leeds. I am there for natural and any requested casual group photos and this
worked perfectly for the couple.
A little of Gemma’s review -
Quite easily the best photos we have ever seen and sent to us the next day! We can't
believe there is no editing and they are simply superb photography skills. Tim
really has a talent of knowing how to capture the moment giving a natural feel to
the photos with no awkward poses, just smiles and joy captured all round.
The wedding ceremony took place at Leeds Civic Hall, one of the city's most
iconic and historic wedding venues.
Leeds Civic Hall sits at the centre of the city, with Millennium Square and
the surrounding civic spaces providing a natural backdrop for relaxed,
unposed wedding photographs of the bride and groom.
The Lost & Found Leeds Club provided a perfect setting for Gemma and Danny’s
intimate wedding breakfast, with its elegant interiors creating a relaxed
atmosphere, while the striking façade added a beautiful backdrop for
photographs outside.
Tim did our wedding photos and we couldn't be happier with the results. Quite
easily the best photos we have ever seen and sent to us the next day. We can't
believe there is no editing and they are simply superb photography skills. Tim
really has a talent for capturing the moment with a natural feel and no awkward
poses — just smiles and joy captured all round. Highly recommend Tim for any
