Presenting my Engagement Photography, so full of Personality
Hi, A little apprehensive about being photographed? Well, in fact this comes before everything else, sometimes anyway… Engagement Photos.
I always do my best to get to know each couple personally, to see how they are together, in conversation perhaps. Engagement photo sessions have helped so many of my couples overcome any nerves about being photographed. So finally, leading up to the wedding day, one less concern.
Are you nervous about having your photos taken, perhaps? I’ve helped so many couples get over any nervousness and instead just relax into the experience. Behind the camera, and overwhelmed with self expectation is not how you will feel photographed by me. Instead what I do my best to find is how you are together naturally, and if I can capture that, then I have done my job perfectly!
Zoe and Andrew’s February Engagement photo session at Kirkstall Abbey, a preview. A lovely couple, in unedited February ambience. Photography that will surely remain timeless…
Seen engagement photos like these before? I guess not as my engagement photos reflect true personality of my couples, I don’t do the same poses or places, as you can see. It’s photography about them, I hope you see that too?
Zehra and Richard, my goodness Zehra has the best smile ever in here engagement photos, and equally on their wedding day at Crowne Plaza Leeds, she shone again, and Richard too of course. Makes me smile now thinking about both amazing days! Thank you for letting me share the days with you!
Presenting Lisa and Olivers Engagement preview.
Lisa and Oliver’s October wedding followed at the Pavilion in Scarborough. Deck chairs out for everyone, spots of rain, though thankfully passed by. Fish and Chips for everyone, and a 99 style cup cake too. Photos by the sea and also the colourful beach huts. I shall get their gallery up soon (today being 25 Nov).
Expressions show personality in a couple, engagement shoots are a relaxed and fun time, mostly showing the couple how great they will look in their wedding attire.
And last for the moment, but certainly not least… A June early evening Engagement photography session, again at the beautiful location Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds. An absolute privilege to be the chosen photographer for Rachel and Robert. Their wedding later took place in the Headingley Hotel. I hope you love their preview of their fun time.
The first few photos show me how a couple are naturally, then the couple slowly relax and find comfort in front of a camera
This and the next photo stood out as their favourites. I like all though, a fabulous couple and such a fun time!
So, four couples so far…
