Booking and Payment

A £100 booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.

This fee is deducted from your final balance.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before your wedding day.

Until the booking fee is received, your date is not guaranteed.

You have 14 days from payment to cancel and receive a full refund of your booking fee.

After 14 days, the booking fee is non-refundable.

If you cancel after the 14-day period, the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

If you cancel less than one month before the wedding and the balance has been paid, a partial refund may be given depending on the circumstances.

Your wedding photographs will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 3 days of your wedding day.

Full editing and any additional products (such as albums) may take longer and will be discussed with you separately.

Tim Christian Jones Photography retains the copyright to all images.

You are granted a licence to print and share your photos for personal use.

Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing before your wedding day.
